The short version
You can read every review on this site without giving us anything. There are no accounts and no logins. We collect personal data in exactly two places: if you leave a review comment, and if you send us a message. We currently run no analytics or advertising trackers at all.
Who we are
Broker Reviews is operated by Tadawul Capital Media LLC, registered in New Mexico, United States. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].
We are a review publication. We are not a broker: we do not open accounts, hold funds, or process payments, so we never ask for identity documents, bank details or card numbers. If a site claiming to be us asks you for those, it is not us.
What we collect
If you leave a review comment
Your name (or whatever you type in that field), your email address, your star rating, your comment text, and the IP address it was submitted from. Comments are held for moderation before they appear.
Your name and comment become public once approved. Your email address and IP address are never published.
If you contact us
Your name, email address, chosen subject and the message itself — so we can reply and, where you are reporting a correction, investigate it.
Server logs
Our host records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent. These exist for security and troubleshooting, not to build a profile of you.
What we never collect
- Payment or card details — we take no payments
- Identity documents
- Trading account credentials — never give these to anyone, including us
- Your broker balances or open positions

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Third parties
- Our hosting provider — stores the site and its server logs.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of the site for performance and protection, and processes request metadata.
- Brokers you click through to — once you leave this site you are on theirs, under their privacy policy. We receive aggregate referral data from affiliate programmes, not your personal details.
How long we keep it
- Published comments — until you ask us to remove them
- Rejected comments — deleted within 30 days
- Contact messages — up to 24 months, so a correction can be traced to its source
- Server logs — typically 30 days
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in portable form, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Because we hold so little, most requests are simple — usually "delete my comment", which we will just do.
If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the content system sits behind access controls, and comment submissions are moderated before publication.
No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that the data we hold is deliberately minimal: there are no accounts to breach and no payment details stored, because we never collect them.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. Trading leveraged products is restricted to adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change what we collect, this page changes with it and the date at the top updates. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made quietly.
